Event Valet Attendant

General Purpose : The primary purpose of this position is to greet and assist customers, park their vehicle, and be a visible representative of the establishment we provide services for. After parking the vehicle, the attendant will runback to their station and be prepared to assist the next patron.

Pay: $13-$15 per hour plus pooled gratuities after each shift. Full-time, Part-time Available.

Minimum Requirements: All Valet Attendants are required to:

  • Have your own reliable transportation
  • Have experience working in customer service
  • Be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Pass a drug test
  • Have a valid driver’s license kept in good standing for the duration of employment
  • Be extremely well groomed
  • Willing to work outside in all types of weather

Physical Demands:

  • Standing at least 8 hours a day
  • Running many times a day
  • Entering and exiting customers vehicles 50 or more times daily

Work Environment

Note: All employees will be outdoors for the duration of their shift. Inclement weather (hot, cold, precipitation, etc.) will have a significant impact on the employees’ work environment. Shifts will not be cancelled due to inclement weather, and all employees will be required to attend their scheduled shifts.


Schedule: An Event Valet works at multiple venues across North Texas. You pick the shift(s) you would like and must show up to the confirmed shifts.

Account Valet Attendant

Residential Concierge

General Purpose: The role of the Concierge is to organize, coordinate, and implement various resident services and programs and will act as an information source for and help to residents with relation to local market resources. Full-time, Part-time Available

Job Skills:

  1. Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity
  2. Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, research and/or subscribing to the internet or other professional publications, or utilizing appropriate method(s) to obtain business and professional information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.

Responsibilities::

  1. Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  2. Answers phone calls and routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary
  3. Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival (we do not take payments or clean the guest suite), coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  4. Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition (water, paper, coffee bar is stocked) prior to leasing office opening each morning (if working overnight/morning shift)
  5. Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
  6. Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
  7. Performs support and administrative tasks, paperwork, computer work, and other tasks as necessary
  8. Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.

Organizational Responsibilities:

  1. Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individuals
  2. Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s)

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet management. Must be able to use the internet for research. Strong organization skills. Excellent customer service.

Pool Attendant

General Purpose: As a Pool Attendant you will become the heart of a lively, welcoming aquatic environment! Job Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service is a must.
  • Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently.
  • Lifeguard experience with active certification is desirable, but not needed; knowledge of water safety protocols is essential
  • Ability to work effectively with children and engage them in fun, safe activities
  • Excellent public speaking skills for communicating rules, safety instructions, and event details confidently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a lively environment while maintaining a positive attitude


Responsibilities::

  • Monitor pool activity to ensure safety protocols are followed and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents
  • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
  • Assist guests with pool access, towel service, and general inquiries about pool amenities
  • Conduct routine inspections of the pool area, including cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety hazards
  • Manage guest interactions with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and resolving conflicts effectively
  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.


Work Environment:

This is an outside position and will be exposed to heat and changing weather.
